Our Commitment

We want you to be confident when you subscribe to StorageBuddy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, as set out below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with StorageBuddy for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies to:

  • The Standard plan (R99/month)
  • The Pro plan (R249/month)
  • The One-Off Event plan (R795 once-off)

To request a refund, email us at hello@storagebuddy.cloud within 30 days of your payment date with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests made after 30 days of the initial payment date will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to all plans including monthly renewals. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly Subscription Renewals

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first payment on a plan. Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments) are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

One-Off Event Plan

The One-Off Event plan is a single payment for 90 days of access. It is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, or once you have used the plan significantly (e.g. created boxes and printed labels), refunds are at our discretion. There are no partial refunds for unused days within the 90-day period.

Free Plan

The Free plan involves no payment and is therefore not eligible for any refund.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund (within the eligible 30-day window), contact us separately as described above.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paystack. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to a different card or account. Paystack’s own processing fees may be non-recoverable; in such cases, we will refund the full amount you paid to us.
